Yes. A $30 non-refundable deposit is required when booking an appointment. Services under $30 value require a $5 deposit.

We accept cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, and card tap (card payments incur a $5 processing fee). Deposits are to be paid via Zelle or Apple Pay to 240-821-0556 at the time of booking.

The card you put on file when booking an appointment is not charged with the deposit. It is only ever charged in cases of no-shows or with your consent as a remaining balance payment option (with fee). Deposits are to be sent via Apple Pay or Zelle only.

Dress comfortably, use the bathroom prior to longer services, & avoid low buns and tight hairstyles as it can be uncomfortable! For lash extensions: please arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes including mascara, strip lash glue, etc. For brows: avoid AHAs, retinols, exfoliants, or any active skincare around brow area for at least 48 hours prior.

Rescheduling is allowed once with 48+ hours notice. Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours require a new deposit. No-call/no-show applies if you do not contact me within the 15 min. grace period or cancel within 1 hour of your appointment time. A 50% service fee will be charged to the card on file. You will not be allowed to re-book in the case that the card on file declines or you fail to pay the no show fee, until the fee is paid.

No. Foreign fills are not accepted.

Lash fills are available up to 3 weeks (21 days) from your last appointment. Anything past 21 days will be considered and charged as a full set. (yes, that means even one day past will not be considered a fill).

With proper aftercare in consideration: Brow Wax: Typically 2-4 weeks Hybrid Brow Tint: 7-10 days Brow Lamination: 4-6 weeks Ombre' Brow Tattoo: 1-3 years (depending on skin type, touch-ups, lifestyle, etc.)

Any tattoo service is not available during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Other brow services and lash extensions may be performed with recommended medical clearance.
