CANCELLATION/ RESCHEDULING, LATE & REFUND POLICIES

Late Policy

A 15-minute total grace period is allowed.
A $10 fee applies after 10 minutes, and appointments will be cancelled after 15 minute grace period (cancellation policy enforced).

Booking & ReschedulingD

  • Deposits are non-refundable & go towards your service.

  • Reschedules: Allowed once with 48+ hours' notice. Reschedules can only be moved to dates currently open on the booking calendar in at that time. Future months cannot be booked early through rescheduling. If you prefer a later date, please cancel & rebook with a new deposit when that month opens.

  • Within 48 hours: a new deposit is required.

Cancellations

  • Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the remaining balance + a forfeited deposit. A $5 card processing fee will be applied to all cancellation charges.

  • No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice within grace period will be charged 100% of the remaining balance + a $5 card processing fee,

Inclement Weather:
If travel is unsafe due to inclement weather, and rescheduling is deemed necessary, your deposit will be transferred to one rescheduled appointment. Deposits are non-refundable if the client cancels the rescheduled appointment due to personal reasons. 

Sickness Policy:

If you are feeling ill/sick, please cancel or reschedule as soon as possible. To protect both clients and myself, I ask that you do not attend your appointment while sick. All reschedules & cancellations are still subject to the standard Booking, Rescheduling & Cancellation policies.

Card on File
Only used for Cancellation & No-Show charges. Will NOT be charged for the deposit. A $5 processing fee will be charged if used as a form of payment.*By booking, you agree to authorized charges for cancellations, rescheduling, late, and no show policies*

If card on file fails to process a charge, you will be sent an invoice for any fees owed. You will not be allowed to book with me again until the fee is properly paid.

Refunds

All services are non-refundable.
If you have concerns, please contact me within 48 hours for resolution.
